A brief history :
| 1972 : |
Bernard Klockenbring acquired the farm of “Guillounet” in Montpezat d’Agenais and undertook to convert it into land suited to 100% organic farming |
| 1973-1995: |
The products harvested on the farm were sold fresh or preserved to meet the demands of the ever growing number of clients. |
| 1996 : |
David Klockenbring (son of Bernard) took over the commercial activity of the farm. Creation of the private limited company (“s.a.r.l.”) BIOLO’KLOCK |
| 1998 : |
BIOLO'KLOCK was set up at the place known as “Sauvage”, 900 m from the family property, to have more appropriate premises, while staying close to the farm, to keep a close collaboration between production, processing, and marketing. |
