It is obvious that he passed on this love for the earth and this respect for nature to his son Bernard Klockenbring. Bernard, with his diploma of advanced agriculture, turned without hesitation and with full conviction, towards organic farming, which was not yet an established concept in the traditional system. He launched naturally into prune orchard production. (In his area you can’t be without the delicious \"pruneaux d’Agen\".) He also began to diversify his fruit growing. The absence of a commercial organic network encouraged him to process and sell the fruit of his crops by himself (prunes, jams, juices…), and thus he acquired faithful customers. He was especially happy to offer to his customers products which contributed to their health.
