Jams, Jellies and Creams   Jams prepared with quality fruit, cauldron cooked with organic cane sugar. No pectin nor gelling agent added.	Compotes   Fruit preparations with a total sugar content of 35% (sugar added approx. 20%)
Purees   Fruit purees with no added sugar: 100% fruit.	Fruit in syrop   Fruit in syrup prepared with fresh fruit – the syrup is made up of water and sugar.
Prunes   Bulk prunes are not pasteurised (and will be available until December)	Dried Fruits   Dried fruits prepared from fresh fruits and by hand. Maximum moisture : 35% Pasteurised bags.
